    The album is a journey of self-reflection, written during the first two weeks of January 2022, on a songwriting retreat in Margate, in collaboration with Ollie Hayes.

    This album marks Rob's first time exploring deeply personal lyrics. The lyrics cover a wide area of human emotion, ranging from grief and loss to euphoria and living in the moment, from self-doubt to confidence and triumph.
